Leora Westbrook is a versatile Senior Executive and Consultant with more than 15 years of success across the technology, healthcare, and professional services industries. Leveraging extensive experience leading strategy and shaping partnerships to promote business growth while increasing margins, she is a valuable asset for companies in need of expert guidance in the areas of change management or business transformation. Her broad areas of expertise include consulting, business development, coaching, sales & marketing, performance improvement, healthcare IT, and program management.
Throughout her executive career, Ms. Westbrook has held leadership positions at companies including Generate Life Sciences, Integra Connect, GE Healthcare, Universal Consulting Services, and Humana. As General Manager – Vice President for Generate Life Sciences since March 2018, she plans objectives, develops organizational policies, coordinates functions and operations as well as maximizes business value. Prior to joining Generate Life Sciences, Ms. Westbrook was the VP of Enterprise Business Development & Operations for Integra Connect whereby she created an enterprise wide sales model and pipeline while working with business leads and cross functional stakeholders within a multinational SaaS environment to optimize current sales tools and ensure business objectives were met. This follows three years with GE Healthcare where as an Executive Director she was charged with ensuring success for her business units and coached teams to implement change models. She previously spent two years with Universal Consulting Services as Program Manager/Clinical Engineer/Senior Consultant, where she centralized radiology services for the U.S. Navy’s Medical Treatment Facilities worldwide, trained all the hospitals on best practices, and managed customer satisfaction including briefings and presentations with high-level Department of Defense stakeholders. Earlier she worked as Manager of Sales Administration for Humana, where she partnered with the marketing team to nurture partnerships in a variety of forums and received national recognition in sales and service for compliance through process improvement.
Leora holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Miami, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a PMP Certification. She is a member of the American Business Women’s Association and National Association of Professional Women.
